When you submit an inquiry through the form on this site, we collect: your first and last name, email address, phone number, the date or tentative window for your event, the event type and estimated guest count, a budget range, any comments or details you write in, and your answers to a few optional follow-up questions (whether you'd like more information about the Uber Transportation Package, whether you're an event planner, and whether you consent to SMS messages from us about your inquiry).

We also collect technical information automatically when you visit the site: pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location based on IP address, device and browser type, and interactions with page elements. This is the standard data that web analytics tools record.

Inquiry data is used to reply to your event inquiry, prepare a tailored quote, and coordinate the planning, walkthrough, and event-day logistics if you book the venue. We use the email address and phone number you provide to contact you about your event. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Technical and analytics data is used to understand how the website is performing, which pages are most useful to prospective clients, and where the inquiry-flow can be improved. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles of individual visitors.

The inquiry form includes an explicit opt-in to receive SMS messages from Venue 412 about your inquiry. We only send SMS to numbers that have opted in through that checkbox. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop receiving SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message we send; that opt-out applies immediately and we will not send further SMS to that number.

We use a small set of third-party services to operate the website and respond to inquiries. Each receives only the data necessary to do its job:

• Vercel

  Hosts the website. Receives server-log data (IP address, request path, timestamps) as part of normal web hosting.

• Resend

  Delivers the email we send to your inbox after you submit the inquiry form, and the internal notification email that goes to our team. Receives the contents of those emails (which include the data you submitted in the form) so they can be delivered.

• Google reCAPTCHA

  Helps us tell whether form submissions come from real people or from automated bots. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information from your browser and sends it to Google for analysis. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4

  Measure how the website is used in aggregate (page views, conversions, traffic sources). Google may set cookies on your browser to support this measurement.

• Meta Pixel

  If active on the site, Meta Pixel lets us measure the effectiveness of advertising on Facebook and Instagram and reach people who have visited the site with relevant ads. Meta's privacy practices apply to data they receive.

• Microsoft Clarity

  If active on the site, Clarity records anonymized session replays and heatmaps so we can see how visitors actually use the pages and improve the design accordingly.

We may add or change service providers as the site evolves. We'll update this policy when we do.

The site uses cookies to support analytics, advertising measurement, and basic functionality. You can disable cookies through your browser's settings; some site features (analytics, ad measurement) will stop working but the inquiry form will continue to function.

Inquiry submissions are retained as long as is reasonable for follow-up, contracting, and event execution. If your inquiry doesn't result in a booking, we may retain a record of the submission for general business purposes (understanding inquiry volume, declining repeat solicitations, internal training). You can ask us to delete your inquiry record at any time using the contact details below.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@venue412.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe. Note that some information may need to be retained where we have a legal or contractual obligation to do so.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under privacy laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Email us at the address above and we will work with you to honor those rights.

The website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the site, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time as the site or the services we use change. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
