Venue 412 is a 12,422 sq ft event space at 412 Broadway in San Francisco's North Beach — designed from the ground up to handle whatever event your team is producing.

Built for any event.
Venue 412 spans 12,422 square feet across two independent levels. The main floor handles keynotes, runways, dance floors, and full-room receptions. The mezzanine functions as a seated dining room, ceremony space, or VIP and press hold — acoustically separated with its own audio zone, so two programs can run at once without bleeding into each other.
Everything an event planner needs is built into the rental. The professional A/V package — PA system, programmable lighting rig, video matrix routing to eleven HD displays, wireless mics, and a Pioneer DJ booth — comes with the venue, not a vendor. The on-site commercial kitchen supports in-house catering as an add-on; outside catering is permitted with a facility fee. Two full bars and unlimited satellite bars handle beverage service for any headcount up to the 400-person room capacity.
The Broadway address sits in North Beach, on the edge of the Financial District — a four-block walk from the FiDi hotel cluster and an eight-minute walk from BART at Montgomery. That location is what makes Venue 412 work for so many different formats. Corporate offsites bring teams from the Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, and Le Méridien. Wedding receptions transition from cocktails on the bar level to dinner upstairs to the dance floor below — guests married earlier the same day at City Hall, in a church, or at an outdoor ceremony location. Fashion shows run runways down the long axis with press on the upper level. Brand activations, product launches, milestone birthdays, fundraisers, and music video shoots — the same space configures for each, with the same in-house team running the show.

Two levels, one venue
The mezzanine and main floor operate as independent audio zones. Run a seated dinner on one level while a reception flows on the other. Or transition the room from ceremony to dance floor without rebuilding the space.
A/V is the venue
PA, lighting, video matrix to eleven HD displays, wireless mics, and a Pioneer DJ booth are part of the rental. Producers don't coordinate with a third-party A/V vendor or rent supplemental gear unless the event has unusual technical requirements.
400 capacity, scaled down
The room holds 400 standing for full-buyout receptions and 127 seated for plated dining. The footprint scales — a 30-person birthday dinner uses just the mezzanine, a 200-person product launch uses both floors, and full venue buyouts can run multi-day with build-in time.

Four blocks from the Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Le Méridien, Omni, and Palace. Eight-minute walk from BART at Montgomery. Out-of-town teams walk to and from the venue without arranging transportation.
