Brand Activation Venue in San Francisco

Main floor at Venue 412 in San Francisco set for a brand activation

Venue 412 hosts brand activations, product reveals, immersive installs, press days, and influencer events at 412 Broadway in North Beach. The 12,422 square feet split across two independent levels work for activations that need separate experiential zones, multi-format programming, or dedicated press and VIP areas. The full A/V package — PA, lighting, video matrix to eleven HD displays, Pioneer DJ booth, wireless mics — is part of the rental. In-house catering handles food and beverage. Most brand and agency producers we work with treat Venue 412 as a turnkey buyout for one to three day takeovers.

Why Venue 412 for Brand Activations

  • 01

A/V is the venue, not a vendor add-on

PA, lighting rig, video matrix, wireless mics, and a Pioneer DJ booth are part of the rental. Producers don't bring in supplemental gear or coordinate with a third-party A/V company — saves a vendor line item and a load-in coordination.

  • 02

Two levels = two simultaneous formats

Main floor as the experiential or demo space, mezzanine as the press, VIP, or content-capture zone. The two levels operate as independent audio environments with separate lighting control, so a keynote on one level doesn't bleed into a panel on the other.

  • 03

Video matrix to eleven HD displays

The Knox video matrix routes content to eleven HD displays placed throughout the venue. Hero content on the main displays, ambient brand content on the rest, all driven from a single feed — useful for product reveals and brand-environment activations.

  • 04

    Configurable footprint for installs

Furniture is movable, lighting is reprogrammable, and the DJ booth doubles as A/V control. Producers configure the space for the specific activation — runway, demo bays, photo booth zones, content capture corners — without working around fixed elements.

  • 05

North Beach address with press cachet

412 Broadway sits in one of San Francisco's most recognizable corridors. Walkable from the FiDi hotels and the Embarcadero, which makes media call-times and influencer logistics straightforward.

Brand Activations at Venue 412 — FAQ

Can we run a multi-day activation?
Yes. One to three day buyouts are common for brand activations — typically with day one for build and rehearsal, then the live activation across the remaining days. The full venue is yours for the duration of the buyout.
Can we bring in custom lighting or set design?
Yes. Producers regularly bring in custom lighting programming, set elements, and brand environment build-outs. The existing A/V infrastructure can be used as-is, augmented, or temporarily replaced for the duration of the activation.
How does content distribute across the eleven HD displays?
The Knox video matrix routes any combination of feeds to any combination of displays. Run the same hero content across all eleven for a synchronized reveal, or split content by zone — main floor for primary, mezzanine for secondary, lobby for ambient.
Is there space for press hold and influencer prep?
The mezzanine functions as a dedicated press or VIP hold space, separated from the main activation floor. The two dressing rooms also work as talent or influencer prep areas. Coat check and a separate artist green room are available.
