Why Venue 412 for Fashion Shows

  • 01

Main floor as runway, mezzanine as press riser

The main floor's length supports a runway from the back of the room toward the stage area. The mezzanine functions as elevated press, buyer, and VIP seating with clear sightlines down to the runway.

  • 02

Two dressing rooms for model prep

Two private dressing rooms work as the primary model prep areas with space for hair, makeup, and quick changes. The artist green room provides a third backstage zone for production and styling team.

  • 03

    Professional lighting for runway visuals

The lighting rig — Martin Atomic 3000 strobes, Chauvet COLORband, ADJ Vizi Beam moving heads — handles runway lighting cues. Producers either use the existing programming or bring in a lighting designer to program the rig for the show.

  • 04

Video matrix for brand content and finale

The Knox video matrix syncs brand content across eleven HD displays. Use for opening titles, designer credits, finale moments, or ambient brand content during the cocktail and after-party portions.

  • 05

In-house catering for press and after-party

The commercial kitchen handles the press lounge service and the post-show cocktail or seated dinner. No outside catering coordination, no separate vendor walk-throughs.

Fashion Shows at Venue 412 — FAQ

How long is the runway?
The main floor's longest axis supports a runway of approximately 40 to 50 feet depending on staging and seating configuration. Producers typically work with our team to optimize the runway length for the show's choreography and audience size.
Can we bring in a lighting designer to program the rig?
Yes. The lighting rig is fully programmable via the Hog 4 PC light control system. Producers can use the existing programming as-is or bring in a lighting designer to write custom cues for the show. The programming is loaded fresh per event.
Is there enough dressing room space for a full show?
Two dressing rooms function as the primary model prep areas, plus an artist green room for the production and styling team. Most shows work comfortably with the existing space; large shows occasionally use additional curtained zones in the back-of-house for overflow.
Can we host a cocktail or seated dinner after the show?
Yes. Post-show after-parties on the same night are common. The venue reconfigures from runway to lounge or seated dinner format during the press exit window. In-house catering and bar handle the reception.
