The buyout includes the full two-level venue, in-house catering through the commercial kitchen (available as an add-on), the bar program with two full bars and unlimited satellite bars, the complete A/V package (PA, lighting, video matrix, DJ booth), coat check, two dressing rooms, and dedicated venue staffing. Security can be provided on request. Custom menu development is part of the planning.
Can we bring our own DJ or band?
Yes. The Pioneer DJ booth and PA system support outside DJs and live music load-ins. Your DJ plays the host booth; your band loads in through the venue's standard load-in path. Sound checks are scheduled before doors open.
Are buyouts available on weeknights?
Yes. Sunday through Thursday buyouts are typically more flexible on availability and configuration than Friday or Saturday nights. Weeknight events can sometimes secure shorter lead times and adjusted pricing structures.
Is the venue suitable for high-profile or invitation-only events?
